Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn, all sales are final.
We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The wrong product was sent.

To request a replacement/refund:

  • Email popjawnkettle@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product/packaging.

If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
